The Loyalty Pre-Sale provides early access to 2026 passes. Eligible 2025 purchasers will have the opportunity to secure passes (pending availability), before the general On-Sale later this spring.

The Loyalty Pre-Sale begins on February 4th at 1:00 PM EST and closes on Wednesday, February 11th at 5:00 PM EST.

Yes. All pass types will be available during the Loyalty Pre-Sale, including GA passes, VIP passes, On-Site Lodging packages, and Hotel Packages.

During the Loyalty Pre-Sale, each eligible purchaser may purchase up to the same number of festival entry passes they purchased last year. If you purchased only one (1) pass last year, you are eligible to purchase up to two (2) passes this year.

For example, if you purchased a 3-person on-site lodging package last year, you may purchase up to three (3) festival entry passes during the Loyalty Pre-Sale. Those passes must be purchased within a single category - GA passes, VIP passes, a 3-person On-Site Lodging package, or a 3-person Hotel Package. The total number of festival entry passes may not exceed three (3).

• Any Hotel Package

Camping and parking add-ons are available during the purchase process and are limited to a maximum of two (2) total add-ons per order.

Your max purchase limit does not apply to RV Rentals & Hotel Packages - Eligible purchasers can select any number of people within these options.

No. Access to the Loyalty Pre-Sale cannot be transferred to someone else. Loyalty Pre-sale access is assigned only to the final purchaser of a pass – whether it was as part of the original sale or through the official Tixr resale marketplace.

Yes! Payment plans are available during the Loyalty Pre-Sale. You'll have the option to select a payment plan at checkout.

First, confirm you are an eligible purchaser. 

Next, ensure you are logged in to the correct Tixr account associated with your previous purchase.

2. Click your initials in the top right corner
3. Select Account
4. Click Benefits in the left-hand navigation
5. Under My Benefits, select 100x
6. Select the Loyalty Pre-Sale box that displays your max purchase limit 
7. Under eligible events, select Valley of the Seven Stars
8. “Available Soon” will indicate the pass/package types you have access to purchase during the Loyalty Pre-Sale
   
   • “Code Needed” indicates your account does not have access to this option during the Loyalty Pre-Sale

Codes are not required for this Loyalty Pre-Sale - “Code Needed” is only an indicator of loyalty status and options available to you.

Purchase limits will appear as a range (for example, 1-4). You may purchase any number of passes within that range, up to the maximum listed.

1. Log in to your Tixr account 
2. Visit the Valley of the Seven Stars ticket page
3. “Available Soon” will indicate the pass/package types you have access to purchase during the Loyalty Pre-Sale
   
   • “Code Needed” indicates your account does not have access to this option during the Loyalty Pre-Sale
   • If all options are locked and display “Code Needed”, your account is not eligible to participate in the Loyalty Pre-Sale

If you are eligible for the Loyalty Presale and do not see access in your Tixr account after completing these steps, please contact Guest Services by Tuesday, February 3. We appreciate your patience as these requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

If your 2025 passes were purchased through the official Tixr Resale platform, Loyalty Pre-Sale access is granted to the final purchaser, not the original seller.

Yes, however, the official Tixr resale platform will not be available until after the general on-sale later this spring.

Yes. During the Loyalty Pre-Sale, eligible returning purchasers may purchase GA passes, VIP passes, On-Site Lodging packages, or Hotel Packages, regardless of which pass type was purchased last year.

Yes! All on-site lodging and hotel packages include GA passes, but you may select the VIP upgrade add-on during the purchase process. VIP upgrades apply to the entire order - partial upgrades are not available. If you purchase a 4-person hotel package, you must upgrade all 4 passes.

No. Camping, Parking, and Thursday Early Arrival are available only as add-ons and must be purchased with a Festival Pass (GA or VIP), On-Site Lodging package, or Hotel Package.

Please be prepared to select any Camping, Parking, or Thursday Early Arrival add-ons during your initial purchase, as these options cannot be purchased separately.

Wristbands and credentials will be shipped to all U.S. addresses prior to the festival. Shipping fees are $20 for GA orders and $35 for VIP orders.

All international orders must be picked up at the festival box office, conveniently located near the Seven Stars entrance.

Yes, you may update your shipping address in your Tixr account until Friday, August 28th. No changes will be accepted after this date.

Yes! The Waitlist allows you the chance to reserve passes after initial sales end. Waitlist orders are not guaranteed, but additional passes in the requested category may become available prior to the event.

After you sign up:

1. Your card will be pre-authorized, but not charged, and you will receive a Waitlist confirmation email.
2. If we can fulfill your waitlist order, your card will be automatically charged and you will receive an Order confirmation email.
3. New for 2026: you’ll have the option to opt into the payment plan when joining the waitlist!

What if additional passes don’t become available off the Waitlist? Will I be charged?

Nope! You'll simply be removed from the Waitlist, like magic!
