The Extended Family Pre-Sale provides early access to 2026 passes. Access is granted to guests who joined the 2025 waitlist for GA, VIP, On-Site Lodging, or Hotel Packages and did not ultimately purchase passes, along with anyone who previously had Loyalty Pre-Sale access but did not yet complete a purchase.

Attendees who volunteered and completed their shifts through the official Seven Stars volunteer program or via Clean Vibes in 2025 are also included in the Extended Family Pre-Sale.

Yes. All pass types will be available during the Extended Family Pre-Sale, including GA Passes, VIP Passes, On-Site Lodging Packages, and Hotel Packages.

Generally all passes and packages follow this age policy, however, select hotel packages are 21+ to check in.

The primary purchaser checking into the hotel must meet the property’s minimum age requirement and present a valid photo ID.

Home2 Suites: 21+ to check in

Hilton Garden Inn: 21+ to check in

Omni: 18+ to check in

During the Extended Family Pre-Sale, each eligible guest may purchase up to two (2) passes.

The passes must be purchased within a single category: GA passes, VIP passes, On-Site Lodging Package, or Hotel Package. The total number of festival entry passes may not exceed (2).

Eligible guests may select one of the following categories:

• 1 - 2 Festival Passes (GA or VIP)
• 2-Person On-Site Lodging Package
• Any size RV Rental
• Any available Hotel Package

Camping and parking add-ons are available during the purchase process and are limited to a maximum of two (2) total add-ons per order.

All quantities beyond your eligible allotment will remain locked.

Your max purchase limit does not apply to RV Rentals & Hotel Packages - Eligible purchasers can select any number of people within these options.

Extended Family Pre-Sale pricing will match Loyalty Pre-Sale pricing, which offers the lowest price options. All prices during these pre-sale windows are set, with no tiered increases.

Once the General On-Sale begins, prices may increase, and inventory will move through tiered price levels. Stay tuned to the website for more details.

No. Access to any Pre-Sale cannot be transferred to someone else. The Tixr account holder that is provided the benefit, must complete the purchase.

Yes! All guests will have the option to select a payment plan at checkout.

The payment plan cannot be applied post purchase, so please be sure to select this option during the purchase process if you want to split up your payments.

Volunteer Extra Info! If your volunteer email was not already registered with Tixr: Look for a “Welcome to Tixr! Please complete your registration” email to finish setting up your account profile. You can also follow these ‘forgot password’ steps.

1. Go to Tixr and select ‘Login’
2. Select ‘Forgot Password’
3. Enter the email you used to volunteer
4. Follow the password reset instructions to set up your account and access the pre-sale

If you are eligible for the Extended Family Pre-Sale and do not see access in your Tixr account after completing these steps, please contact Guest Services. We appreciate your patience as we review these requests on a case-by-case basis.

Yes, however, the official Tixr resale platform will not be available until after the general on-sale later this spring.

Yes! All on-site lodging and hotel packages include GA passes, but you may select the VIP upgrade add-on during the purchase process. VIP upgrades apply to the entire order - partial upgrades are not available. If you purchase a 4-person hotel package, you must upgrade all 4 passes.

If you complete your purchase without selecting add-ons, you can return to your Tixr Wallet after checkout to purchase Camping, Parking, or Thursday Early Arrival as post-purchase add-ons, subject to availability. Additional shipping fees will apply to post-purchase add-ons.

Please note that add-ons cannot be purchased on their own and are only available to guests who have already purchased a festival pass or lodging package.

No. Camping, Parking, and Thursday Early Arrival are available only as add-ons and must be purchased with a Festival Pass (GA or VIP), On-Site Lodging package, or Hotel Package.

Please be prepared to select any Camping, Parking, or Thursday Early Arrival add-ons during your initial purchase, as these options cannot be purchased separately.

Wristbands and credentials will be shipped to all U.S. addresses prior to the festival. Shipping fees are $20 for GA orders and $35 for VIP orders.

All international orders must be picked up at the festival box office, conveniently located near the Seven Stars entrance.

Yes, you may update your shipping address in your Tixr account until Friday, August 28th. No changes will be accepted after this date.

Yes! The Waitlist allows you the chance to reserve passes after initial sales end. Waitlist orders are not guaranteed, but additional passes in the requested category may become available prior to the event.

After you sign up:

1. Your card will be pre-authorized, but not charged, and you will receive a Waitlist confirmation email.
2. If we can fulfill your waitlist order, your card will be automatically charged and you will receive an Order confirmation email.
3. New for 2026: you’ll have the option to opt into the payment plan when joining the waitlist!

What if additional passes don’t become available off the Waitlist? Will I be charged?

Nope! You'll simply be removed from the Waitlist, like magic!
