Yes, car camping is allowed in the Campgrounds only. For everyone’s safety, vehicles cannot be running while in the Campgrounds.

Each vehicle entering the campgrounds must have a Car Camping Pass. These passes are sold per vehicle, so we encourage carpooling!

No, there are no water hookups, but you will be able to request water and waste pumping for a fee once on site. More information will be provided at a later date.

No, RV deliveries are not permitted. We recommend arranging a meeting spot outside the festival grounds to pick up your RV, then driving it in yourself.

Generators are only permitted at RV campsites. Gas-powered portable generators are not allowed. Only generators that are permanently attached to an RV may be used, and they must be stored and operated properly at all times. Solar-powered batteries and portable power stations, including Jackery or Anker-style units, are permitted. All generators are subject to inspection by festival staff and the Arrington, VA, Fire Marshal. Generators are not permitted in any other camping areas.

RV Rentalpurchasers cannot request to be placed near other guests.

For pre-set tent and glamping tent purchasers, details on proximity requests will be shared closer to the festival. Tents are grouped by type, so you can only request to be near others with the same tent and package type.

For all other camping, if you wish to be set up next to your friends, you must arrive together. Campsite spot saving will not be permitted.

Groups who wish to camp in the same vicinity, but did not purchase a Group Camping Pass, should plan to meet outside the festival grounds to line up their vehicles and stay together prior to entering the gates. It will not be possible to hold spaces for other campers arriving later – the only way to camp together is to arrive together.

‍Important Note: All Camping Pass types are grouped together! To camp together, everyone in your group must purchase the same Camping Pass type. If you have a Car Camping Pass and your friend has a Forest Only Camping Pass those are two separate camping areas.

No! The parking staff will direct you to your camping area when you arrive. Once you are parked in a camping area you may not move your vehicle for the duration of the festival. This is for your safety and the safety of your neighbors.

If you plan to drive your car in and out of the festival grounds over the weekend, you should purchase a 3-Day Weekend Parking Pass. (See parking options HERE)

If a car is parked and left unattended on any public road it WILL BE TOWED at the owner’s expense.

Yes! Hotel packages are designed for groups of 2-16 guests who want to book their entire Seven Stars experience in one purchase. Packages include:

• GA festival passes for 2, 3, 4, up to 16 guests (with an option to upgrade to VIP during checkout)

For example, the “Wintergreen Resort | 1 Bedroom Lodge | 1 King | 3-Night (Fri Check-In) | 2 Person” package includes 2 GA festival passes and shuttle access for 2 guests.

All hotel packages include one (1) hotel room and can accommodate between two (2) and four (4) guests, depending on the hotel and bed type selected. Wintergreen packages include a wider variety of accommodations, ranging from hotel rooms to condos and private houses, with options available for groups of 2 to 18 people. The number of guests included in your purchased package determines the maximum occupancy for your room. Additional guests beyond the allowed occupancy are not permitted.

All hotel packages include a three (3) or (4) night stay, with check-in on Thursday, October 8th, or Friday, October 9th, 2026, and check-out on Monday, October 12th, 2026.

If you’d like to extend your stay, you’ll need to book additional nights directly through the hotel. To request that your reservations be linked so you don’t have to switch rooms, be sure to book the same room type as your hotel package. However, room continuity is not guaranteed and will depend on hotel availability.

The shuttle schedule will run starting one hour before VIP venue doors open. The last shuttle will depart 30 minutes after the final stage ends. Closer to the festival, we’ll email the purchaser (using the email provided at checkout) with detailed shuttle information, including pick-up & drop-off times and locations for all three festival days.

Hotel package purchasers can access the GA Campgrounds to visit friends. However, entry to the Glamping Tent Campground requires a Glamping Tent pass, which is not included in hotel packages.

No worries—your booking is confirmed! Hotels receive reservation details two to three weeks before the festival, so it’s normal for them to not have your information before that time. If you have concerns, we’re happy to help!

Yes! The purchaser will receive an email with all the essential details, including check-in times, transportation information, festival guidelines, and more. Keep an eye on your inbox as the festival approaches.

Hotel packages are non-transferable. However, we understand that circumstances may change, and we will review transfer requests on a case-by-case basis. To be considered, all transfer requests must be submitted to Guest Services by Friday, August 28th, 2026.

To request a transfer, please contact Guest Services using the email address used for the original purchase and provide the following details:

• Your order details: Email used for purchase, order number, and package type
• New guest details: Full name, email address, phone number, and shipping address

If approved, we will update the reservation with the new guest’s information, allowing them to check into the hotel and receive their festival wristbands.

Important Notes:

• Transfers apply to the entire package (hotel stay, festival passes, and shuttle wristbands) and cannot be separated.
• Seven Stars festival passes cover all three days of the festival and cannot be split by day.
