Group Camping is a unique opportunity to camp with your crew and create a personalized festival space. Mix and match RVs, tents, and cars to design your ideal campsite while making unforgettable memories. Here’s how it works!
Start a Group Campsite: Group Leader Purchases a Spot
One person in your group—the Group Leader—must purchase a Group Camping Pass to secure a campsite.
The Group Leader chooses a campsite size and configuration that fits the group’s needs.
Each campsite has a specific vehicle capacity:
- 40'x45' Space:
- Up to 4 vehicles (no RVs)
- OR 1 RV + up to 3 vehicles
- 80’ x 45’ Space:
- Up to 8 vehicles (no RVs)
- OR 1 RV + up to 6 vehicles
- OR 2 RVs + up to 4 vehicles
- 80’ x 90’ Space:
- Up to 12 vehicles (no RVs)
- OR 1 RV + up to 10 vehicles
- OR 2 RVs + up to 8 vehicles
- OR 3 RVs + up to 6 vehicles
The Group Leader will submit a group name. All names must align with the Seven Pillars—if a name doesn’t meet guidelines, we’ll kindly ask your group to choose a new one.
The pass includes one (1) Car Camping Pass, which counts toward the site’s total vehicle limit.
The Group Leader will receive a unique link within 4 weeks of purchasing the Group Camping Pass to share with friends who want to join the campsite.
🛸 Glamping, pre-set tents, and RV rentals are NOT available in Group Camping.
Keep in mind - The Group Leader Pass includes one (1) Car Camping Pass, which will count towards your selected configuration.
The Group Leader will also submit a group name when they purchase the Group Camping Pass. All names must align with the Seven Pillars—if a name doesn’t meet guidelines, we’ll kindly ask your group to choose a new one.
